    I made an order and was not notified I needed to put my ID before giving them the money or I could not cancel the order. Soon to find out they took my money and are withholding the product till I put a picture of my ID online, which I do not feel comfortable with. I have been trying to contact them for two days and have been ignored despite sending multiple emails and requesting to chat with the *** I have gotten no help or even a representative to talk to. I only wished for a refund of the order and nothing more since I did not receive the products. I have no desire to purchase from this company anymore due to how troubling they have made this issue and avoiding contact.

    We received two emails at around the same time on Oct 10th after hours (around 8pm) which was the first time we heard about the issue. We Responded to that email on the 12th letting her know that it was just protocol for new customers, but since she had placed orders in the past there was nothing to worry about on our end and fulfilled the order. She asked how long it would take and we gave her the approx time.

    according to the tracking we provided with the order, it was delivered successfully.

    We believe we fulfilled the order and took the necessary steps as part of our protocol. We did offer to cancel the order however we had already started the fulfilment. When we asked if she wanted to cancel still she did not say anything. We do not believe what we did was wrong and delivered on what we do which is sell and ship and item.
