      ************* accepted and hauled three (3) loads from *******, ** to ******, ** from the facilities of CKS Packaging, the Shipper and Receiver of these loads, on the promise to be paid for services rendered. Load 1-129262 Ref. ********* on 03/21/2024 for $1600, Load 2-129263 Ref. ********* on 03/25/2024 for $1600, and Load 3-129271 Ref. ********* on 03/27/2024 for $1600. CKS packaging has failed to pay Bam for services, and has not paid the drivers either. CKS Packaging was contacted and has not made any payments.

      The Complaint is misleading and not applicable to the BBB process inasmuch as the complainant (BAM Transport) is neither a "consumer" (this is a commercial business that allegedly "double-brokered shipments unlawfully", according to *** **** at Red River Logistics, and ******************* refused to make payment to BAM for allegedly "illegally double-brokered loads") and BAM Transport is not a customer of ********************** (this is a third-party shipper, or service provider, that was allegedly engaged by ******************* -- not C.K.S. Packaging, Inc.). 

      *** **** (Sales Manager at ********* Logistics - who may be reached at:  ************************** explained to BAM personnel (and copied C.K.S. Packaging, Inc.) the reason that ******************* refused to pay *** TRANS for the loads that BAM "illegally double brokered" from Red River, further explaining that BAM would be denied for any claim to the Red River bond because BAM allegedly "illegally double-brokered" Red River loads, which in turn voided the BAM Transport contract with *******************. *** **** confirmed that *** TRANS would need to be paid from the carriers that *** hired, as she further confirmed that the carriers that completed the loads could reach out to *** **** and provide appropriate supporting documentation and Red River would consider appropriate compensation arrangements with the actual carriers (but ************* would not be paid by ******************* due to the alleged unlawful "double-brokered loads"). 

      Therefore, please accept this response from C.K.S. Packaging, Inc. vehemently denying that *** has any obligation to the third-party broker/carrier ************* (which is not a "consumer" and not a "customer" of *********************** and please direct ************* to take up any further claim or discussion on this matter with Red River Logistics. Please delete this improper claim from the C.K.S. Packaging, Inc. file and/or provide this explanation from CKS Packaging regarding the denial of improper claim from BAM Transport.
