      Dear BBB,I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding **************** and his practice. Despite initially positive impressions and thorough research, my experience has been distressing. I paid $13,859.00 for a tummy tuck, hernia repair, and liposuction, which took place on August 25, 2023. Post-surgery, I discovered issues including a second navel and concerns about whether liposuction was performed correctly.******************** responses to my concerns have been inconsistent and dismissive. Initially, he assured me the second navel would be fixed later, but later claimed it could no longer be corrected in the office and would incur additional costs. I was also unable to receive my medical records despite multiple attempts and payments. The refusal to provide these records has significantly impeded my ability to seek further medical care.I have faced severe abdominal pain and continued issues, and the lack of my medical records has prevented me from receiving necessary treatment from other medical professionals. Dr. ******* unprofessional and unethical conduct, including providing documentation with omitted information and refusal to provide records, has left me physically disfigured and emotionally distressed.I hope this letter clarifies the gravity of my experience and leads to appropriate actions being taken.       In response to *************************** statement to the BBB. 
      Issues:
      Second Naval Due to the nature of the surgery, a new belly button was required.  She was told during pre-op surgery that all would be done to minimize the effects of her existing belly button but additional surgery may be needed to remove any remnants of her existing belly button.  After surgery and some time to heal, the original belly button area did not heal as nicely as hoped.  She was told she would need a second surgery called a Revision surgery to minimize the look of her original belly button. 
      Liposuction was performed
      Medical records we received on 4/19/24 a request for medical records from Wellstar.  A copy of the Buckhead Plastic Surgery medical release form was sent to her to sign and was returned unsigned.  We are unable to release medical records without patient consent.
      We are unsure what documentation she is referring to that omits information.  This leaves us confused as she said she has not received any medical records from us.
      On 8/19/2024, ******************* (Operations Director) spoke to ************* and offered to send her medical records right away as well as offered to do the revision surgery at no charge. She refused both.
