      I had my pool installed last year in July 2022 by Sunbelt Pools and my contact person name was *****. Sunbelt ******** got paid their money and they left my backyard a mess with visible pipes, garbage ,concrete trip hazards, no leverage around the pool or retainer wall so the water is going underneath the pool causing algae around the pool and cracks to the pool. ***** told me they was going to come back for their finally visit to finish up the job and show me how to work the pool panel to control the led lights and heat to the pool but needless to say that never happened and he was contacted several times by myself and *********************** which works with me regarding this unjust matter. Sunbelt got paid but the job was incomplete this is unjust to do your customers like this also bad business practices they doing. I ask you kindly can you look into this unjust situation for me thank you.

      We are sorry for the disappointment felt by **********************..

      Sunbelt build a very nice pool and left it swim ready and ready for landscaping, including the landscaper to do the drain around the pool deck which she has complained about. Upon completion of the pool, before final inspection was done, it was determined that the gas meter needed upgrading for inspection to pass.  In addition, it was decided to replace the fence before inspection.  The meter and fence were replaced but the inspector stated he wanted landscaping around the edge of the pool deck where a trench was left so the water coming down from the upper yard would not overrun the deck and go into the pool.  The area of water runoff is from where their dogs use the bathroom.  The landscaping was not part of our contract and the drainage was not either.  The landscaping/drainage are still yet to be done.

      There was confusion about the pool operation and her service company made some comments about it so Sunbelt sent a tech to check out the pool and give the homeowner instructions as she requested.  The tech found a plug in a skimmer and removed that and checked out all the systems which were working fine.  At that time he was supposed to interface with ********************** for any questions she may have on operation since she had informed us regarding the service company's report.  The tech informed me that he had both corrected & tested the entire pool operation as well as spoken with ***********************  This communication about getting no instruction was the first I had heard about it.

      Sunbelt will set up a time to go over the entire operation again, including any app installation and training.

      The final inspection is still waiting on  work to be done by other parties.  The work is all paid for by a trust and the process is very long for the trustee to get quotes and get contractors on schedule. We have been in communication with the Trustee regarding the steps they are taking to do the other things for ***********************  This situation is complicated to say the least and we are here until the end as we don't get our final payment until the pool passes final inspection.

      I havent heard from the business as of today regarding my complaint

      Sunbelt has sent a technician to evaluate the pool and train ***********************  He arrived early for the appointment and checked out the system entirely for correct operation and programming.  He found all to be exactly as designed and left for ***********************  Upon her arrival, he made sure she had the equipment *** on her phone and that it was logged in through her WIFI and that she understood how to use the *** to change the parameters for the pool including lights, heater, pool mode, spa mode, etc.  She confirmed to him that she understood and was satisfied with the training. We allowed her to ask any questions and answered all until she was satisfied. Additional training is available for her at her request.  We would be pleased to meet with her again.  

      Regarding the final inspection, we are awaiting word from the Trustee that the landscaping is complete and we will request a final inspection at that time. The trustee told me she was working on that aspect and would let me know when complete.  I will reach out to the trustee again.
