      This business has a big problem with customer service and standing behind their product and workmanship. Contacted to do a job that wasnt done properly and wouldnt come out to even to look at the issue. The wood on the concrete was never removed. After dozens of calls they wore me out. I would not recommend the company.

      We are truly sorry to have this review posted. Especially since after being in business for 35 years, this is the first negative review we have ever had. Our company works on very old pools. Some as old as 50 to 60 years. In a lot of cases, most other pool companies will not even take the jobs on. We do repairs to the best of our ability and at a fair price, but sometimes it may be impossible to make the pool look as new as a homeowner would like. That outcome cannot always be achieved, but we warrant that the pool is structurally sound for the work we did. It is very, very unusual that we would not come back to inspect and discuss a problem. In fact, we thought this problem was taken care of and had filed the job away. We will contact the customer to see if there is something that we need to do at this time.
