I was a customer for 1 week, I used my credit card on their files. They refused to refund my outstanding balance when I decided to cancel their services due to bad voice quality. I reached out to them regards my outstanding balanced, but they insisted that mine is not refundable. I think Attorney general needs to investigate their practices and decide if they are compliance or not.KeepCalling
