    On July 1 and 2, 2024, I wired $50,000 to Volato as part of their Insider Jet Card program. This deposit was made based on Volatos explicit assurances, both in writing and verbally, that the funds were fully refundable at any time, a commitment that was pivotal to my *********** September 2024, Volato announced a merger with flyExclusive and presented three options for handling Insider Jet Card balances:Option 1: Use 30% of the balance per flight, capped at 1/3 per year, limited to HondaJets, requiring $67,000 in out-of-pocket costs to fully use a $50,000 balance.Option 2: Match the existing $50,000 balance with an additional $50,000 deposit for full annual access to the entire fleet.Option 3: Double the $50,000 balance with a $100,000 deposit to receive a $165,000 total balance, including a 30% bonus.These options contradict the refundability clause of the original agreement and require unreasonable additional expenditures. I formally requested a refund on October 1, 2024, but despite multiple follow-ups, Volato has refused, citing financial challenges. However, recent financial disclosures indicate improvements:Third Quarter 2024: Volato reported $40.3 million in revenue and continues strategic restructuring.Cost Savings: The company has reduced SG&A expenses by $3 million per quarter and shifted fleet operations to flyExclusive to focus on high-growth areas.Given these developments, it is reasonable to expect Volato to honor its financial obligations. Their refusal to refund deposits, despite improved financial health, raises serious concerns about their commitment to customer agreements and ethical responsibilities.I am seeking a full $50,000 refund per the original terms. I request BBB's assistance in resolving this matter and holding Volato accountable for their obligations.

    Fractional owner experience with Volato jet in the last 12 months of ownership. TERRIBLE. - Disorganized bills / flat out wrong at times. We had a bill that was $1. Called and billing said oh that was supposed to be $1,000. - Cant explain fees from airport. When we called the actual airport, they said that wasnt correct. - Didnt receive bills and items for nearly 120 days while requesting multiple times to send to particular email address. - Concierge forgot our booking and messed up our family trip in December 2023. - Separate item. Concierge messed up post reservation car reservation. We requested ground transportation, they booked a rental car. - Sold on 6 seat airplane by sales folks but the sole time I needed 6 seats, it wasnt available. We are owner of a 6 seat and never told us a 5 seat was available and wed be forced in to it. - Willing to take money and service was high but when trouble, they took 3 weeks to answer question requiring follow up. - Offered to drive extra with family to their airplane so pilots wouldnt have to repo from SGJ to JAX. Asked if there were any different fees coming back to SGJ instead of SGJ and was told no. Was charged $500+ in fees we wouldnt have been charged at our usual airport even though we requested prior and felt we were doing favor to volato by removing a repo, and flying out of base. - After messups, customer experience manager offered a half credit hour on bill. Didnt actually receive. - Article/PR from owner is quoted Volato charges wheels up to wheels down, no taxi. 1000% incorrect and false.
