Run...don't walk!! Upon searching for a management company for my home AllC took time to chat. I was advised home visits would occur regularly. I expressed regular home visits were of important. The tenant moved in my home in October. Immediately I was informed several men were identified as living in the home. The lease was signed for a mother and her two children. I provided this information to AllC team. What actions did AllC take? None!It was then reported there was a dog in my home. I requested a home visit as the men nor the dog were on the lease. What did AllC do? Nothing. There was a hospital bed in the home and a elderly man and 2 dogs. I reported this to AllC and requested a home visit. These are all lease violations. I was told someone would go to the home for a visit on Friday. I called on Monday for a update ALLC did Nothing!Fast forward December, the rent is late. The tenant also claimed the animal is a emotional support animal. I requested documentation and for the pet to be added to the lease. Take a wild guess....no documentation for the animal and still no visit to the home as requested. Now we're in Jan. December us paid and January rent is not paid. It's been reported by my contractor whom went to the home to service the heat. (The tenants state there is no heat.) The tenant never turned on the gas in the home for heat. While in the home the contractor identified paint on the carpet wall damage and cabinets that were covered black and the refrigerator was broken. These items definitely could have been avoided or identified early if the home visits requested on several occasions were done. It's January and now we're filing an eviction. ALLC states the tenants stopped communicating with them and changed the locks to the home the reason the home visits were never done. Not true. The locks were never changed (verified by the contractor). The tenants stopped communicating in Jan. I begged for support Oct, Nov, Dec, and Jan.My home was destroyed

***, we have discussed this at length with you over the months. The tenants qualified based on fair housing, upon them moving in based on you having a family member across the street we were alerted that a person not on the lease were in the home. We contacted them in regards to this and they stated it was family that was in town which legally they can have per the lease until its greater then 14 days in a calendar year. Based on photos and otherwise found at the home during the eviction the individual in question was either a boyfriend of fianc as the other two children were already on the lease. We then tried to get them complaint but there was a number of back and forth with them about signing the amended lease which they didn't and based on lack of payment eviction was filed for and carried out within a 6 week period of time. Your statement about the home being destroyed is not in line with the invoice you provided us that was then billed back to the tenant and placed in collections, that invoice was for $900. Your home is 2340 square feet, the tenants also had a renters insurance policy that we paid for on their behalf even when no funds were being received so if you have larger damages please let us know and we can work through insurance. You carried a negative balance with us for over 4 months to the term of thousands of dollars that was paid to you that were funds that were returned as non sufficient funds from the tenant. You were aware of the balance and did not make any payment back to us until we had to look at collections actions against you. We stayed in contact with you with records of hundreds of text messages and phone calls between you and the office. Your statements about not being paid in December or ******* are also incorrect. You paid you on 10/10/2023, 11/21/2023, 12/7/2023, 1/5/2023, and 1/18/2023. The tenant had a zero balance as of 1/17/2023 of which this payment was returned as non sufficient funds leading to the negative balance you carried and the eviction was carried on on 3/29/2023.It is unfortunate that the tenant had to be removed from the home yes, but we do not inspect homes once an eviction has been filed and we are going through the court process. That time period is very challenging and can put all parties in an unsafe situation which is what we informed you of. Overall from you provided us in invoices the total damages including re-keying the property totaled only $1150.00. Those damages would have been covered along with the eviction cost by the security deposit if you didn't have a negative balance that we carried for you. We did not charge you additional fees for carrying this balance and when asked about it you stated that, we should have a heart and the amount owed won't impact our bottom line. When I stated that if we were paid we would pursue collections you have taken to the internet to complain about how terrible we are. You finally bought your account current as of 8.6.2024 and leave this on the same day.Again we are sorry that the tenant had to be evicted and we are glad that you are selling the home and moving on as based on the emotional connection with the property it was not the right decision for us to take the property on because of how attached you were to the residences. We appreciate you finally paying your balance accordingly and wish you all the best.

All County was unprofessional,Never solve issues or resolution to our house needs and would contact my wife instead of me and i'm the head of the house head.I had made a few complaints that went unattended and I did nothing to deserve this kind of treatment. I asked frequent questions about my deposit refund and early termination penalties and haven't gotten an answer, but will respond to my wife ASAP.

****** you wife was the primary person on your tenant account which is why the security deposit was issued to her which we offered to then reissue. Furthermore you terminated your lease early and per your lease agreement had an early termination fee which is none refundable we offered to come up with a solution to re-rent the home and then give you a refund based on when we had the home re rented which we don't have to do but we are trying to help you based on your situation and divorce.
