  After paying our home owners insurance for almost 30 years, we had naively expected the insurance company to take care of us when our home was destroyed by fire (lightning strike). We could not have been more wrong. When it became clear that we were going to have to hire someone to help us navigate a process characterized by information asymmetry and bad faith, we initially sought legal representation. Our builder had recommended that we speak with a public adjuster - who would be more knowledgeable about the nuances of property insurance claims. He had recommended that we reach out to IronClaim. IronClaim guided us helped us navigate and understand a process that was foreign to us, fundamentally re-establishing information symmetry. They were supportive, professional, available to meet whenever we called, and walked every step of a difficult time with us.

  Recently worked with the ************ at Ironclaim on a large water damage claim in our home. I will admit I was skeptical at first whether to even hire them, but boy am I glad I did. Extremely professional and friendly, including with the claims adjuster from the insurance company (and I believe that helped with a better claim result as well). I involved them early (as they recommended...even before the insurance adjuster came out) and that was very wise. They developed the initial basis for the claim and my expected reimbursement and then provided info that to the insurance claims adjuster. That helped to drive the process and put some stakes in the ground as to what I was owed. They worked hard to get me everything I was entitled to under my policy. I am convinced I would not have received nearly as much if I just worked directly with the insurer. That made it so much easier to have the funds available to do the required repairs, including getting things back to an original state in the various rooms impacted. Bottom line - worth every *****, and I highly recommend the team...especially ****, who was our primary contact. Thanks so much!

  we've had several great experiences with Ironclaim.I contacted them again immediately following the December 2022 freeze. our hotel incurred significant damage to multiple areas on several floors. Ironclaim representatives responded immediately. They thoroughly inspected the property and had detailed evaluations ready very quickly. They were ready by the time the insurance company arrived. Ironclaim engaged and aided the insurance company adjuster and resolved our claim very quickly. They had team members assigned to various aspect of the claim and support staff assisting them. we are very happy with their services.***********************.

  Ironclaim was terrific in helping me with my home insurance claim. They where very professional, extremely responsive, and where able to get me alot more money on my settlement. I highly recommend them for any insurance claim you may have.

They have been very responsive, offered good advice, and worked doggedly and persistently to get our company a fair and reasonable settlement against an insurance company the has tried every angle to avoid paying a legitimate claim.

  IronClaim was our lifeline, when an unexpected fire destroyed our home!I believe our positive experience with the entire IronClaim Team would be beneficial to countless other potential clients. In fact, we dont know how we couldve maneuvered through the arduous and painful process of dealing with an insurance carrier while attempting to restore the pieces of our livespost such a great loss. Simply ***** not sure we couldve managed without IronClaim i.e. ALE. We didnt even know what that provision was exactly. The Team became our advocate!Clearly, having IronClaim represent our interests has increased the dollar amount we may have received otherwise.
