    **** did a poor job representing our insurance claim on our house. He made us a lot of promises then became difficult to reach after the first insurance payout. He always managed to show up when a payout was due, though. His lack of communication and follow-up not only delayed us getting back into our home, but caused us immense stress in an already stressful situation. We were told by many vendors, builders, and insurance agents that he was not representing us as they had seen other PAs represent their clients. He promised us he would get us enough money to make our home whole again but we ended this claim with savings depleted and more debt. **** says he will represent you and handle your claim but to be quite honest, he doesnt fully step up to the plate for you but expects his percentage of each payout.
