    On 04/05/2022, I signed a contract with Writer Cosmos to electronically publish my book on a number of retail platforms. Not only did they fail to make my book available for sale on a number of promised platforms, but they also failed to return to me the electronic source files used to publish my book on the platforms that they did. Their work has been shoddy and I had to correct their proofing both during the preparation of my manuscript for publishing and even after they had published. I tried to contact numerous times on the above issue over the last two weeks without any response. I would either like a full refund (based on the contract guaranteeing full satisfaction - or - publish my book on all promised platforms so they are available for sale and return of all source files (manuscript and front/back book covers) to me.

    I contracted with Writer Cosmos to publish and market my book.As part of the service agreement, Writer Cosmos guaranteed I would sell **** copies of my book by 11/11/ 2023. This guarantee is in writing.On 11/11/2023 my book. It only sold 35 copies. I contacted Writer Cosmos after 11 **** to arrange a refund of the marketing fee of $11,400.They have not returned emails of my request and are not responding to any phone calls.I have not pursued legal action yet and I am looking for the Better Business Bureaus help and collecting my refund.Please let me know if you have any questions and thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
