It is very unfortunate that the customer is being disingenuous in our interactions. For starters, we gave the customer a 40% discount on her package. She still never completed afford deposit or down payment as mandated by the contract until nearly 6 months later. We spoke with the customer numerous times in regards to her payments being late and how we need to be paid in order to complete the job that we promised. When the customers book was printed, we gave her half off on the book prices as well, and it still was not enough. The customer supplied a book cover that was not up to standard for printing. We advised the customer of the error and she agreed to allow us to fix it. We literally only removed a barcode and the customer complained that , the book cover was not ruined. Customer also felt the interior was fine too large to which we agreed to fix that or free. Once the interior power was fixed, customer tried to get another box of books for free to which we vehemently denied. The whole experience with Customer has been nothing but a series of machinations of the customer attempting to get something for nothing. We accommodated Customer at every juncture of disagreement, even though she breached the contract within the first *********************************************************************************************************************************************** refusal to make timely payments. Customer was always late on payments and expected us to work for free. Despite her financial hiccups, we still completed the project which includes rewriting the book which is an extra service that we did not charge her for, we published a book in digital format, as well as a physical format, and we have accommodated the customer and every way possible, but the customer is only interested in getting something for nothing.
