      Im filing this complaint against Norfolk southern ,im getting calls from their company and being hung up on. The unprofessionalism and the disrespect I have been giving by this company ,Ill explain my situation once someone gives me a call ,this company or parts of it has used intimidation and harassment and abuse,I have a witness to calls and situations I have been through,lack of communication from anyone here ,im tired of getting calls and being called a liar and not taking my situation seriously, I have tried with every effort to report certain situations but was ignored ,I am a veteran and was treated with great prejudice, I tried with a woman name ******* to report a situation she had called me agent two months I waited and then when I call her back she hangs up on me , I ask to speak to her boss she refused and hung up , I have a witness to these situations and they are ignoring the fact she heard how i was treated is this away Norfolk southern treats veterans ,I want an executive or director call me back from the corporate office ,Ive already tried to go through compliance thats one of the situations I want or report along with the of equal opportunity,I called to see if anyone cared about what went through, this ******* is rude and very very unprofessional,she would not let me explain myself she kept cutting me short and over talking me. I want a resolution to this situation,i will explain the whole situation once contacted I do not want but a a director or operations manager or executive to call me management needs to know how people are being treated by the people I have dealt with ,I will not tolerate someone calling me and calling me a liar ,then hang up and then will not answer there phone ,please contact me asap thank you .
