    Had a property supposedly under contract with them.1. The lady who picked up the phone kept giving me attitude and even miss pronounced my name on Purpose and never even apologized.2. I was not able to reach my pre closer nor closer on the phone more than once and it was on closing day because they allowed the buyer to change closing figures without signing a new contract.3. They scheduled closing and completed the title search with NO ******* DEPOSIT. Meaning the contract they were working on was null/void for weeks, they never notified me, the seller of this and scheduled closing as if everything was ok.4. When closing is finally scheduled 2.5 weeks delayed we come to realize the buyer is a scammer, and this company helps them close properties abusing home sellers!Because why and how else would you schedule a closing without an ******* money and why would you change closing figures without a signed contract?And when i reach out asking for assistance retrieving the ******* deposit this the answer I get from them a not my problem emailBEWARE!!!
