    I purchased a Real Estate course, at the beginning of the course they explained the terms and conditions. They mentioned in case you could not complete the class before the term, there will be an extension code. But you must request it via email.Furthermore, you will have to pay it, in order to continue where you left off. I contacted the customer service via email as stated on the website, I had only one reply from the school saying "buy it" I emailed them back saying there is nothing for me to buy and per your web I need a link. After that, I have not heard from them. It has been well of over two weeks. I have emailed multiple times and to both addresses sowing under "contact us section" The lack of professionalism showing by their staff is too much to be desired. The classes are extremely boring and tedious compared to other schools and they do not give you material to study. This "school" should not be open until they figured out a better way to do their classes. I heard this from other people, but for me was too late since I had already paid for the classes. I would like my money back. I am trying to help other seekers avoid this situation I am currently in.
