    Company Name Oem Engine and Transmission Date of transaction 09/25/2024 at 3:33pm Amount of transaction $900.00 I contacted Oem Engine and transmission on 09/16/2024 in reference to purchasing an engine for a 2006 dodge Ram 1500 with a 3.7 engine the vender stated he had the motor and he would be able to ship the engine I agreed to make the purchase on 09/25/2024 I asked the vender how could I make the payment and could it be made through ****** he stated he did not have ****** I could send the payment via cashapp he then provided a cash tage of Elicleaningservice8.wi he then advised it would take 7-10 business days for the engine to be shipped and he would later call and provide the tracking number I then placed a call on 10/03/2024 to find out the status of the shipping he then text me stating he will call me shortly and never received a call I called back on 10/17/2024 I received a text message from the vender stating he would refund my money due to the engine had been lost in through shipping I have waited and called the vendor no response and cashapp keeps ******* my dispute stating the vendor has for filled there obligation and they have not the vendor has not refunded my money nor have I received the engine.

    i spoke with **** from OEM Engine and Transmission from this company, we had been going back and forth for a few months and we finally found a engine i was comfortable purchasing. i went ahead and paid for it completely using Their invoicing company which is Fresh Book(s). I have not received the engine and now they will not answer my calls nor call me back. I have emailed them as well and NO Response. I spoke with **** of FreshBooks and he created a ticket of our conversation about what has happened. **** of FreshBooks emailed OEM as well and has gotten no response either. This company goes by the name OEM AUTO *** EIN: ********* *********** as well. i call them EVERYDAY yesterday they called back as soon as they heard my voice they immediately hung up. All i want is my refund, please help!! This engine is for my Wife's car and we are struggling to get around with work, school, kids work and school activities.

    On Dec 5, 2022 I called and asked if they had an engine for **** **** F250 Diesel 7.3. He said he did and the miles were ****** on the engine. He stated that he was selling the engine for *****. He told me that it would be delivered in 3 business days and he did not need the core. So I sent him **** on my debit card and he called back a day later saying he was sorry and he could not send out this engine because it was a bad engine. He said he had another engine with ****** and he was selling it for ****. He asked me to send another **** and I told him no I would not do that. So I asked him to refund the **** I gave him. He said he would do it tomorrow. I told him no it needed to be done today and that he had enough time to refund the money that day. A few days later he called saying he had another engine with ******* miles on the engine. He warrantied it for 1 year and said he would send it in 3 days. I told him no just refund me the money because I found an engine somewhere else. I call him on a daily basis to ask about my money and he sends me to voice mail or sends a text saying that he will contact me later on that day. And he never calls me back. I just want my money back like I asked previously.

    Its was October 28 2022 I purchased a motor a 5.7 for a two door Tahoe they told me it would be here in ten days its been over a month now when I call its a no answer or a text they will call me back when I did get some one the phone he said they will cash app my money back the was a day ago Im just sick of the run around I will really appreciate if you can help me get my money back please and thank you

    Transaction Day: September 6th, 2022 Bought Engine: $1340 with our credit card - ******************* ************ has been lying to us from day one, always saying our Engine has shipped, no tracking number ever, then would eventually give a tracking number, but wasn't legit with our purchase. Nothing existed! Everyday telling us it's coming so 3 months later still no Engine we paid $1340, we want our money back. So then **** the owner said they would zelle us the money, made up the whole set up no money again was sent to us. I wish I would of read the reviews first, nothing but complaints and bad reviews, especially on scams. This owner **** acts on the phone with me like he a truthful nice guy, well he's been playing with me for 3 months. I have had it!! Can you please please help us get our money back, we aren't rich so that was alot taken from our family. Please let us know if we need to do anything else like call our credit card company. Thanks for your time, ***************

    I am rejecting this response because: we never received the engine and he continued to lie about giving us a refund. Look at his reviews, we are not the only costumes complaining of his scam. We never ever received a receipt or tracking number . Everything was a lie from day one.

    I sent money for a engine they never sent me the engine or reimburse me my money also never return my calls my lawyer sent tow letters return them the have false address
