    I purchased tickets for my family to the kids Christmas show Tri Kota. When we arrived at the venue our seats were occupied and we asked the staff to help us. Upon checking our tickets and tickets of guests occupying our seats, it was stated that the seats were double sold. Show started and we continued to wait for the manager. When she arrived it was once again confirmed that our seats were double sold and they didn?t provide any solution for it. I cannot describe in words how much this experience was disappointing to us, but especially to our son who is 4,5 years old. After I learned that this event had this problem and we were not the only ones, who ran into the same issue. I contacted the seller and they didn?t provide acceptable resolution and admitted that double selling happens time to time. I find this level of service unacceptable and insist on a full refund of the price we paid plus compensation for transportation to/from the venue and our lost time there.
