They will try to get every drop of money out of you that is humanly possible. Everything they told me was just a way to continuing billing.I have lost count of how many times I was mislead, whether intentionally or not. The first time was the very first day I walked into the building. During my intake assessment, I was told the program was 30 days long. As a full time worker, I could commit to 30 days, and expected to receive great services within this time frame. After paying, I am told the program is actually 90 days. Ok, not a huge deal, right? But I will have to continuing paying in order to finish. In the beginning of the program they ask you to pay off your deductible by check or cash, and tell you the rest of services will be covered by insurance. They "require" you to see their personal nurse practitioner- in my personal case, I told them I have a primary care doctor that I trust and I know is covered and in-network by my insurance. They told me to see their nurse practitioner, anyway as seeing her would be covered by my cash payment and insurance anyway. This was not correct. Throughout the two months I attended services, I continued getting bills, and I kept being assured that these bills were mistakes and I would never have to pay them any more money. I was also being assured that the financial department would be taking care of this issue. Months later, I am finished with the program, and I am still getting bills. I finally got response from their financial department, and I am told that due to making a "verbal agreement" with their contracted out labs, the lab is now "telling them" that BBH clients will have to pay for these outstanding bills, and that we have the option to "do a payment plan". This is absolutely not what anyone had been told throughout their services, and now BBH expects the clients to pay these outstanding bills that are a result of their mistake. I, personally, have never experienced this level of incompetence. Go somewhere else.
