    I ordered through the Zaxby's mobile app on November 21, 2022 at about 8:30pm. I ordered for in store pickup at the ***************** location in *******, **. Once I got to the store I was not allowed to enter. I was told that I'd need to go through the drive thru. A young lady came out taking orders when I informed her that I ordered through the app. She told me that my order would be ready once I got to the window. I waited in line for 45 minutes. Once I got to the window I immediately requested a refund. The store was full of young employees. They were joking and playing around. My food was not ready either. One young boy kept asking me to move my car up to which I declined. I could tell that he was frustrated but I was even more frustrated. After about 15 minutes they got a manager to come over to the window. She was clueless as to whether or not she could refund me my money. She also did not have a handle on her employees. Another boy came out upset that I wouldn't move my vehicle. I heard him say, "F**k her!" After about another 15 minutes, I received a refund. The manager was apologetic, but she heard the way that they were talking. She saw them playing. I was also told that there was no more food so that I'd need to leave anyways. Mind you, I only asked for a refund. I never stated that I even wanted the food any longer. Never have I been so disrespected. I will no longer patronize that location.
