    Im sharing this experience because not only was this the most unprofessional/disappointing experience Ive ever had at a restaurant but the responses from this establishment include lies and gaslighting in order to protect their image. I am sharing this experience to reiterate what my friends(party) went through. On the evening of 11/24, myself and 3 of my friends went out for drinks at the rooftop of this restaurant. We had a very nice waitress and she helped us make decisions on our drinks and food order. My friend ordered a top shelf drink that she normally orders and finished it. While asking for another she was told that the drink was $62. In disbelief she immediately declined the second drink. She nicely asked if it could be taken back while it was still in the waitresses hand. Her discomfort was clear so she immediately got her manager. The manager explained that they couldnt put the drink back, and she offered a free glass of champagne. My friend was disappointed but settled it and let it go. As we were wrapping up my friend puts her hat on because we were leaving the establishment. She was very aware of the policy. However, the security walks by and tells her to take the hat off. She does so. We finally finish the last of our food and drinks and we start to get up. My friend puts her hat on and before all of us are up, the security guard comes by and says aggressively yall gotta go. Our rebuttal was why are you being aggressive and yelling, we are getting up and leaving he then says **** need to get the f*** out. He gets closer and continues to call us b****** and hoes to intimidate/threaten us physically and verbally. Leaving we are in shock at how disrespectful hes being and astonished by the escalation but forgot that we still had to validate parking. In sum, this establishment type casted my group of friends and although our time in the restaurant made them seek manager support, it shouldnt have warranted the complete and utter disrespect.

    Upon reviewing your feedback, it appears that there *** be some misunderstanding regarding the sequence of events during your visit. Our General Manager, who was present throughout the incident, has provided his perspective on what transpired.A member of your party ordered a high-end drink, *************************** Blue, and had already taken a sip before expressing surprise at the associated cost. Unfortunately, since the drink had been poured and partially consumed, we were unable to remove the charge from the bill. Subsequently, your party opted to leave. While still at the bar, a member of your group put on a hat, seemingly in defiance of our policy against wearing sports caps indoors, which was communicated upon your arrival.Our door supervisor approached your party and politely requested the removal of the cap. Regrettably, the situation escalated when the response included explicit language, specifically instructing him to "go f*** yourself." Consequently, our door supervisor conveyed the necessity for your party to exit the premises and proceeded to ****** you out.Witnesses present during the incident have confirmed that your party continued to use explicit language towards our door supervisor. Contrary to your assertion, our door supervisor did not engage in any name-calling.At 5Church, we uphold the highest standards of professionalism and strive to treat each guest with respect. While we value every customer, we cannot tolerate disruptive behavior that *** impact the experience of others in our establishment. Our commitment is to maintain an atmosphere where all individuals, both staff and guests, are treated with courtesy and consideration.

    I worked only for a week and a half and was told by a manager I wasnt needed after 4 on Mothers Day. I left at the time I was asked and told the manager ********* I couldnt stay I had plans with my mother. He let me come to a whole company meeting that following Monday and didnt say I was fired in person, waited until I left the meeting and fired me. Which is very unfair and unprofessional I reached out to the owner no response at all and I even asked his wife why I was fired and she was only concerned about a review I wrote on her husband on ******* I am a hard worker and I dont feel like they conducted business professionally or even heard out my concerns.

    The customer can't be required to pay Automatic Gratuity on a poor service. The customer gets to determine the amount. It's not the result of negotiations or decided by policy. The customer determines who (usually the server) gets to receive the payment.
