      Buffalo Wild Wings have a promotion/deal when you spend a certain amount of money you can get points which add up to rewards. I have over a lot of rewards to spend but, I am unable to use them due to having problems with my sign in. My first call to customer service was first week of September. The representative informed me they were having problems with the system and will forward my concerns to the technical support, and it should be fixed in a week. They forward me an email for password to reset, which I did, and I still can't redeem my rewards due to the system not working. I called again, September fifth, September fourteen, September seventh. I also email 5 times, and the problem still has not been fixed. I have spent money and earned my rewards. This is what Buffalo Wild Wings promotes and offers to their customers and it's false. I feel at this point they refuse to give me my rewards and this is false advisement. I hope you can help me resolve this issue.
