5 starsI cant begin to express the depth of gratitude for the exceptional service provided by ***** ***** at Cascade Restoration Services, LLC! From the initial consultation (for which he made availability on a weekend) to his personal supervision of each aspect of my home restoration, ***** showed himself knowledgeable, patient, honest, flexible and thorough. I felt such ease because not only did his words communicate a genuine care for the condition of my home, but his reliability in selecting teams of skilled workmen to provide each service did not falter. ***** and his administrative team helped me through the insurance claims process and carried much of the burden of working through the legalities. I would not have received the full scope of what was due to me without ******* guidance. Now, my home is restored beautifully and Im even inspired to consider a few other upgrades. I could not be more pleased with the exceptional service provided by Cascade Restoration Services! Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were outstanding from start to finish. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and ensured everything was done to the highest standard.Not only does my new roof look amazing, but the crew also took great care to clean up thoroughly after the job was completed. The entire process was seamless, and their communication kept me informed every step of the ****** selecting the color of the shingles on my roof, I had difficulty determining what was best for my home. Mr. ****** the owner of Cascade Restoration Services, with whom I have built a great rapport, suggested, I walk around and look at roofs all day, trust me. I trusted him and have not thought about the selection again; his suggestion was on point. This shows he cares about you, the person first, and your home. He is not just trying to make a quick sale; he and his company have established a lifelong relationship with me. I have referred his company to several neighbors and family members. Cascade Restoration Services LLC is a World-Class business. Mr. ********************* provided exemplary service! He was thorough assessing damages of the roof, inside my home, and the attic. Mr. ********************* discussed his findings and made recommendations. He documented every phase of the installation by taking pictures.
