  ****** from gold stars roofing hired us and never paid us. We struggled to get paid. We are 3 family of immigrants, working very hard to provide for our families and put food on our table. Beware for this guy, many others are with the same story.

  Gold Stars **** replaced my roof and I was please however this weekend my roof started to leak. I called the number everyday this week and no response. I left a voicemail. I went on the website and also put in my information, still no response. My roof is leaking and I need it fixed, my roof was just replaced in summer of 2020; there should not be any leaks. I just need them to come fix my roof.

  I've been waiting to get my roof done for over a year now! I can't get any communication. I went from them coming to bring materials and scheduling, to no communication at all. My mortgage company has sent two checks to start paying for the repair and all I have is a cover where one of my shingles is gone. I keep calling and no one is returning my call. I'm a disabled vet, trying to take care of my family and now I'm seeing water **** spots on my ceiling. I'm frustrated between my mortgage company and Gold Stars Roof. Hate I had to come this route, but maybe I'll get a call with some progress.

  They got the job done and the new roof looks great! I was impressed with the final project! ********basically led us through the entire process and she was kind, patient and thorough. Thank you Gold Stars Roof!

  Gold Star Roof repair my roof back in July 2023. I was happy with their service and did a great job. Im not happy with the company they make false promises about the referral fee and market crediting. I have reached out to the company so many times with no response about the referral fee. Should never lie to customers just to get business. That just not right I would never recommend this company to anyone I know. I reached out to *** last week through text no response. They asked you to write a good review. Refer a customer put a sign in your yard. And I did all of that for my referral fee and Im still waiting no fee

  We did some Roofing houses from them 6 months ago. They still haven't paid us and keep saying next week or something. This is not Profesional. We work very hard to earn our money. They have switched managers and secretaries for the same reason. If they don't pay their employees they can't be trusted. Very unethical from them. 6 months and they don't want to pay. Do not work for them!

  Contractors beware...my goal is that this doesn't happen to another small business owner. This company doesn't pay their vendors and has an aggressive culture dealing with vendors. However, I am pleased to see the rating is higher here than on ******* I am very interested in the difference. Gold Star contacted my office looking for help warranty a job for a client of theirs. They stayed in touch over the course of a month and we were able to get them booked for a same day project when they were ready. The end result was they are ghosting us. Leaving me with an unpaid bill, putting their client at risk of a lien. Reading our emails, but refusing to answer calls or reply to our requests for communication or payment. When booking they did not disclose we were not the first vendor they hired to do this job. It had already been done by another vendor and we were called in to clean up a bigger mess. The second day on the job the customer was concerned about the outcome of the project so, as the owner went to the project to consult the client. He was very upset with Gold Star. We agreed to a solution to complete the project, shook hands, we received approval for the plan from Gold Star on a recorded line, as they were always responsible for my invoice, and I left. One hour later we received a call with no explanation that we needed to wrap up and leave the job site. The only direction we were given was that the customer refused to pay so leave. Now, Gold Star will not speak with my company. Additionally, the client says he did pay them. I can't confirm this but he was pretty upset when we engaged him to pay.1. The president called my office early in the project and was very rude to my office manager 2. He will not return any of my calls or emails during the entire engagement 3. The invoice was opened and viewed and the accounts payable team refuses to respond 4. Customer claims to have paid 5. We have no idea why we were pulled from an incomplete job

  Wonderful company to work with. Knowledgeable and did all the work. Flexible and the crew was there early and finished in less than a day. Cleaned everything up spectacularly. Everyone that I dealt with was courteous and kind. Great attitude as they were working around rainy days interrupting schedules, and product delays. Kept me informed and were professional.
