  I was a repeat customer of JR. ** has ************************ a soffit in a rental, cleaned my home's gutters and installed gutter guards in the past. I've always paid him what he's asked without trying to negotiate. A couple of months ago, I hired J R to clean my gutters again and repair a soffit that was leaking. Once he left, I discovered a piece of the gutter guard, that he had installed last year, had fallen to the ground. Also, after a rainy day, the recently "H32353337333631323737**d" soffit was still leaking. I called him and asked if he could return to put the fallen gutter guard back and take another look at the soffit. ** agreed. Unfortunately, after more than a month and a half of me asking and reminding him to please come by and him saying that he would be there the next day, he still hasn't managed to come by to check up on his unsatisfactory work. I am very disappointed in his lack of professionalism.

  Please be weary before going to this company for roofing repair as they scammed my mother out of $600+. Initially, **************** was incredibly professional and on time. He appeared knowledgeable. Around July 30th a very heavy rain came and the area that was repaired started leaking again. My mother reached out to **************** and he responded promptly and said maybe some of the shingles could have lifted or moved out of place. It seemed like a simple fix or follow up visit. As a result, he said he would come in a few days and examine it out. He is not using that same urgency to follow up with my mother as a customer to make sure she is satisfied. It is now September 3rd and still no action, if anything the leak has worsened more than the original problem. He has completely ghosted my mother without reaching out, forcing us to report his company. We are now forced to seek another company to repair the roof costing my mother more money that we personally dont have. Just make sure this is the best company for a roofing project. Conduct your own research and ***** clear from this company.
