    I am disappointed with StormROOF Systems. They were very pleasant and helpful at the start of my project. They replaced my roof, back in July. But now 5 months later when I am need of their help for a repair on the roof that involved some rotten fascia board and a shingle repair. My calls and texts are consistently ignored and it is clear that the company is no longer interested in helping me, as a customer, now that they have gotten their money. I am extremely disappointed in their "post" customer care. Being a family-owned company, I would have expected more from them.

    Efficient - next day service from date of receiving quote. Reasonably priced for warranted work. Great customer service - accepts zelle payments and was very responsive and patient with explaining the issue. ***** is my trusted roofer.
