    This is quite honestly the worst, most unprofessional Jimmy John's I have ever frequented. I work in downtown *******, not far from this location and sometimes I'm stuck in meetings or calls and simply can't get out to grab lunch. As ** boasts their freaky fast delivery, it always seems like a convenient option. However, every single time I order, it takes well over an hour. When I call the store, I'm always met with rude and unprofessional employees who either don't attempt to figure out where my order is, give me attitude, or like the time today, they simply hung up on me. Whoever is the manager here really needs to step up and train their employees because this place is a joke.
