I ordered a lobster pasta and seafood basket with red potatoes to go an hour before they closed. The food was not bad at all. Once I got home I noticed I didnt get my side for my crab basket. I called the store and told them and they asked if I wanted to comeback to pick it up and I told them no because I was already home, comfortable and ready to eat. They told me I can comeback another day. When I went back 2days later they literally just gave me a side of potatoes. I asked the manager, what am I supposed to do with that. If I known I was just going to be given potatoes I would have just disputed the charge with my bank. I paid 70$ for a to go order just to get treated like that after not fully receiving the services that I paid for. I was really hoping to like this place and the service just failed me Terribly. I would most certainly like a refund due to me and my spouse not being able to enjoy our dinner together. They never have to worry about seeing my face inside that establishment again.

Unpleasant experience w/Manager (*********) at Baltimore Crab & Seafood, *********************************************** I am a loyal paying customer for 5 plus yrs. My Family from ** came to visit me for my Sisters birthday. One of the main reasons that attracted my Sister to come celebrate her birthday here was me utilizing social media to advertise the amazing food & consistent customer service. However, tonight that all changed for the worse and now I question the integrity of the business. I do my best to change the narrative and statistics of Black ppl supporting Black businesses but interactions like tonight make it difficult.I walked in around 6:50 pm and was asked had a made a reservation because my party of 8 couldnt be accommodated after seeing two of your individual 6 top tables vacant. I was instructed by ********* that the individual server for that section had a private party (but the party was gathering their to-go food in their plastic bags, which indicates to me that they were preparing to depart. Also, stated I could pay $50 to be seated OR wed have to try to see if we can all fit in at the two round tables in the front of the restaurant that only holds 6. Now what Im trying to comprehend is why would that be a logical suggestion in a Managers mindset when the numbers alone make absolutely no sense!I did my best to be both respectful and patient as long as I could because the Manager was dismissive and short as I approached the counter to get a clearer understanding in order for me to explain the scenario to my family as they were parking to come inside. She never provided any pleasantries or urgency to try to make any logical accommodations. I can see if we arrived closer to the operational business hours closing time. The sad part is two other customers witnessed the unpleasant customer service and approached me saying how it was not a good look and how they experienced a similar interaction prior.
