      I purchased some eyeglasses to reduce the glare at night. When I received the glasses I tried them on at night and they had zero improvement. When I tried to return the item they would not accept a return because I had tried them on. How would I know if they work if I don't try them on???????These guys ****.

      On 12/10/2023, I placed an order through the company's website. I was immediately charged upon placing the order. On 12/12/2023, I recieved an email that my order (#*****) was shipped. On 12/20/2023, I received another email indicating my order was delivered. However, it was never received as suggested. After checking with neighbors, I sent an email to ***************** on 1/6/2024 inquiring on the status of my order. I received a reply on the same day suggesting the order was delivered and to let them know if I received it. On 1/10/2024, I replied to osmo salt via email letting them know that I've checked with neighbors, looked around my residence, and had not received the order. I did not receive a reply. I sent another follow up email on 1/13/2024 and 1/21/2024 requesting assistance since I had not received my order and I am not getting any response. I attempted to call the phone number associated with the company *************) and it's a fax machine. I'd be happy to provide copies of the receipt and emails upon request.

      I ordered a neck massager from OSMO and it has not worked since I got it. They finally refunded the money to me but now they want me to return the item to *****. Their return policy doesn't state that. I have asked for a return address in ********** but *** keeps refusing to give me one. He has now started to threaten me by stating I will incur more charges if I send it to the the CA location. I see no reason for having to send to *****.

      I bought a dog locater, tracker from Osmo corporations and it doesn't work. Their website said that I could return it within 14 days but when I tried to return it, the next day, they only offered 20% of what I paid. It's a total scam coming from *****.

      I purchased an Osmo Doggo finder. It says that there is no subscription, but this is a complete lie because you actually have to buy a Sim card every month for it and they are very hard to find. Its very hard to hook up. The app is ridiculous and basically this dog tracker is unusable. If you look online, you can find many of complaints against these people. I just want to return it I want to refund and I dont think its fair that I should have to send this back to ***** as it didnt come supposedly from ***** it says they are located somewhere in Jamaica, ********, and other people are saying that they want people to pay to have it sent back to ***** which I find to be very unfair. I just got this in the mail a couple days ago. I just want my money back.
