Hello, I received a letter in the mail with a survey inside. Senior Information Dept. promised if I mailed in the survery I would receive a free ******* gift card. I filled out the survey and mailed it back to them. This was in March. I have not received anything in my mail box and I have not heard from them either. I think this is a SCAM! What I would like is the ******* gift card I was promised...

We mailed *************, on behalf of our client *********************** of the *********************, a survey as part of a general mailing that offers a ******* Gift Card for sending it back to **. Those mailers were sent out with a return address of "Senior Information Depart., P.O. Box *****, *********, ** *****." "Senior Information Dept." is not a business, but it is the name of a P.O. Box we manage. In this instance, we have managed responses for ******************, scanning and sending those to him as they come back to **. The ******* Gift Cards are to be given to prospective customers of ****************** by ******************, as it is his promotion. We provided mailing services for him for a fee, as we do with other customers from across the country. ***************** complaint is an issue to be resolved between her and ******************, who is the agent offering the card.

*********************** of The ********************* can be reached at ************************.

We sent him a copy of the complaint this morning.

    Thanks,
