    I ordered an item from Zakiras website off of Instagram through a link on May 20. She advertise expedited shipping that cost eight extra dollars and stated that it would arrive to my house in 3 to 5 business days. It is eight days later and I am still not even gotten a tracking confirmation or a shipment confirmation. I have tried contacting ****** and she has ignored me. I have sent her about five messages and on three different platforms. I want all my money back and I want her to be punished for scamming people.

    I am writing to formally file a complaint against **********, located at *********************. I believe this business is engaging in fraudulent activities and selling counterfeit goods. I would appreciate your assistance in investigating this matter.On 1/30/2025, I placed an order with ********** for a pair of Chestnut ***** Ugg boots. The total amount I paid for the goods was $71, which was charged to my Venmo account on 1/30/2025. The business promised shipment of my order within 3-5 business days, but as of today, 25 days after purchase, I have yet to receive any products, updates, or communication regarding the status of my ******** addition, after reviewing the products I ordered and the marketing materials on their website, I have serious concerns about the authenticity of the items. It has come to my attention that ****** is selling counterfeit goods from well-known brands such as ***, *************, ****, ***********, *****, **********, and **** *****. The goods appear to be of low quality and do not meet the standards of these reputable brands, which further leads me to believe the company is engaging in deceptive and illegal practices.I have made several attempts to contact the business via direct messaging on Instagram and text on 2/17 2/20 and 2/23, but I have not received a response. The lack of customer service, failure to deliver the goods, and the sale of counterfeit merchandise have caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and ********** this situation appears to involve fraudulent and illegal activity, I respectfully request that the Better Business Bureau assist in investigating the actions of ********** and take the necessary steps to prevent others from being similarly affected.Please let me know if you require any additional information or documentation, such as order confirmations, receipts, photographs of the counterfeit goods, or correspondence.
