    I own a short term rental business where I rent properties and then sub lease them. On 5/5/23 I had a zoom call with *********************, representative for the company regarding their property locator service. ****** assured me several times that I would be emailed, texted and or receive a newsletter with general ****************. In addition, because I purchased the Tier 2 package for $1,297 I would have a follow up call with the owner, ********************************* and I could select any city in the US and parts of ************* and they would locate properties within my budget ($1.400) in those locations for me within two weeks of the call with ******. I was also assured that the properties would be vetted by them and that they would allow subleasing. I had a zoom call with ****** on 5/11/23 during which he reiterated that he would locate properties in my chosen locations within 2 weeks. I asked him for **********, *******, ********** and ***** ******* and he confirmed on that zoom call. I followed up with ****** on 5/16/23 for an update and was told that they were working on it. ****** gave me 2 locations in ********** but one was out of my budget and although ****** told me that he had spoken with the realtor and that the business model was acceptable when I contacted them they had no idea what I was talking about. I was not provided any updates for the general list and no listings or follow up communication on the selected cities. On 7/22/23 I texted ****** and expressed my frustration and dissatisfaction that they did not honor the terms of the agreement and I wanted my money back. He initially asked if we could have a phone conversation on 7/24/23 and I said yes. Then, on 7/23/23 he sent me a list of the general locations and refused to refund my money. This is unethical, I paid for a service that I did not receive and they are not taking any responsibility for their actions. For the record, I recorded the calls with both ****** and ******.
