K Servicing is a rip off company & should definitely be investigated for fraud. Kept being harassed about PPP loan in which the complete documentation that was requested was uploaded. They tried to get me to sign documents that said $0 was forgiven. After signing all documents was told by Supervisor named **** that they were behind & my application was forgiven. Now Im being sent debt letters by them stating I owe and should pay. Ridiculous! For the past couple of days their phone has been busy. No doubt they are getting inundated with calls about their illegal business practices.Business Response

After numerous requests for the same documents, which were provided immediately upon request, I was sent emails saying I need to make payments on the *** loan. I called to inquire and the agents told me NOT to make payments. The agents I spoke with said my loan documents were under submission with the *** and that payments were suspended until the request is approved or denied.Today I received an email stating I am in debt collections. When I called, the debt department (which is the first person I have spoken to in the USA) said they don't have anything to do with the *** department and that I have to pay the debt. What is going on with this company? I am SO glad I didn't use them for the second draw, which was taken care of and processed with zero issues. I hope there is a class action lawsuit against this company. It is a tragedy that they are having internal problems and blaming it on the clients, who have nothing to do with the inner workings of KServicing and their ineptitude.Business Response

I opened an account with Kabbage.com owned by Amex, ever since they sold to Amex the service has changed.I was good-to-go very small credit line of $2,000.00 never used it one time at all. Then they blocked it, stating they needed bank statements, so I gave them PDF statements, now they say I am late with an Amex account, which I am not, and they need to reachout to Amex and will get back to me in a couple of weeks. to have over 500 complaints in one year is 42 business customers a month that are not happy with your services, this is poor for Amex and it shows business customer can not use this company for there funding needs at all.Business Response

In August of 2021, we ****************** ***** applied for Loan Forgiveness through K-Servicing. We have been waiting for an answer now for 12 months. The only thing we are told is that we have filed for forgiveness and we "have to just wait" until SBA gets back to them with information. KServicing says they had all the proper documentation to file even though there are 2 requests in our portal that said at one time there were documents requested. However, which documents these are cannot be determined. Once again, rep says they had all necessary documents. We have called every month now for 10 months with no change of answer. I have been told that there is no way to escalate to a higher level and we just have to wait. Our accountant has contacted SBA and they can't confirm our forgiveness was ever even filed, or a status on it.We deserve a proper status.Business Response

Attached are two snap shots of emails I have received from K Servicing.
The first one is a demand for payment which should not happen when there has been no movement on my loan with K-Servicing trying to work with the **** I would like to know if K-Servicing is reporting this to the credit bureaus? If so this is kind of like black mail as they will ruin my credit because of their delay. :-(
Further more I would like this ticket to remain open because nothing has changed. K-Servicing, I feel has moved my documents to the *** only because your organization the BBB has
gotten involved with an inquiry to my problem with K-Servicing not assisting me. This matter is not resolved until the *** sends back the documents to K-Servicing and they finalize my loan. During this time I should not be demanded to repay my loan by K Servicing.
Thank you BBB for assisting me with this matter.

Dear Better Business Bureau,
I want to say Thank You so much for helping me push K-Servicing to resolve this matter quickly. I truly feel your organization was the reason my PPP loan was settled. As you can see from my snap shot, it was 100% forgiven.
As for K-Servicing's lack of concern for assisting micro businesses like mine with a PPP loan forgiveness is criminal. Should a pandemic happen again I hope ***************** government will exclude K-Servicing from assisting in any loan programs.
Thank you BBB!
This matter is resolved.

I have been trying to reach out to K Servicing (Kabbage) for months in regards to my loan forgiveness. I signed all proper documentation and sent in all requested forms in a timely manner. The first loan application they sent me had an error (showed $0 as forgiveness) I then contacted them and alerted them of the error. Several weeks later, (4/26/22) they re-sent me the application with the corrected loan forgiveness amount. I signed immediately and never heard back. I am now receiving emails stating I have defaulted on my loan and my payment is due in FULL and if not paid I will be sent to collections??? This company has clearly failed in providing proper loan forgiveness as you can see amongst hundreds of complaints regarding the same issue. I would like a resolution and response as soon as possible considering they are only giving me until August 23rd, 2022 to pay in full!Business Response
