    Just now I started to complete their (Ber/ley) form for requesting a replacement Social Security card. When I realized that this was NOT the Government website, I tried to go back and delete the information that Id already typed in. I was not able to delete all my ************** there ANYTHING I can do now to get it deleted from Ber/leys website form?Thank you, ***** ******** ****

    We were able to locate the order and void the transaction. Nothing was charged to you, but sometimes banks will put a temporary hold on your funds even before a transaction is completed successfully.  This hold usually lasts for just a couple of days. After that, the funds are released back into your account.

    Please allow about 3-4 business days for the money to reflect in your account.

    Order #: 9664. Product: Smart SS Card Application SS5 form. Paid $39.50. I didn't realize that I could get a replacement card for free through the ssa. *** website. A website like this is misleading, charging for something that is free. They are not ***ernment empoyees and I naively gave them sensitive information, like my SS number. Also Bl SSC (****************************) was the website where I found and paid for the form, and it has a different address and name, then the company that sent me the form "Easy Apply" (**********************************)/ address: ***************************************************.

    I applied for a ss card replacement. Submitted pymt and received no ss card. I have reached out to them about the card or a refund numerous times and no response.

    We will be more than happy to explain our services.  Easy Apply is a private company that provides paid assistance in preparing and filing documents. We do not charge for the form itself, but for the assistance in its preparation.  Our charge is a one-time flat fee and not a reoccurring charge.   
    Our website states in 3 sections of the home page: top, midsection, and footer, the fact that we are not affiliated with the Social Security Administration. Not as the customer stated that we state that information afterwards. 
    In no way do we try to impersonate any government agency. We do not hide our phone number, our location, or the fact that we are not affiliated with the social security administration.
