    In February of 2023 a sales representative from Solaura solar company ( ***********************) came to our home ?? and assured *********** wife that the company was ground breaking and excellent in their field. My wife was approved to move forward with ************************ and the installation began in May of 2023.Since then we have had 4 visits from the companies technicians and September I have reached out to the customer service representative of ********************** and they have rescheduled to cancel. I have file a complaint with ****** financial company which is under review.

    This is one of the worse experiences I've ever had with any legitimate business. Initial sales pitch is from a contractor who promised timelines and incentives that the company did not honor. Their excuse was that he was a contractor and didn't represent the company. They fired him and left me with a bunch of project managers that obviously do not communicate with one another. 4 months into the installation and still no interconnect with the electric company. i called the electric company up to see what was the hold up, the paper work was filed completely wrong, the electric company indicated that the limits were all set wrong. he stated it looked like it was the first time he's seen an application for interconnect from solaura... I never got any follow *** on any of the promises. They promised phone calls, never happened, electricians never shows up on time with out a heads up, some of the worse project management i've ever seen. steer clear of this company...

    Weve had nothing but problems with this company. Initial installation was 6 months ago and still we dont have a working system. They dont return calls, dont follow the plans they register with the city, have failed multiple inspections and dont even follow through with getting the plan through. We are trying to decide when to give up and contact a lawyer. We have to pay the electric bill and the payment installations for a non-functioning system.
