On May 10, 2024, I joined the monthly 99 membership program, which states that any unused credits accrue for ninety days, and upon confirmation of cancellation, you have 30 days to use any remaining credits. I used my credit for May. I was billed June 2024, but did not use my credit. I sent a 30 day notice of request to cancel on June 26, 2024, which was not acknowledged. I was billed in July 2024, and did not use that credit. I followed up with the company, and on August 9, 2024, received confirmation of cancellation and that I had thirty days from the date of that email to use my remaining credits. I had two remaining credits to use, so I called to make an appointment on August 13, 2024. Sydell told me I could not use any credits since I cancelled, and they would have a manager call me the next day. I was never contacted. I would like the value of those two credits ($198) refunded to my original form on payment. All emails and terms of agreement are attached. I have additional screenshots that are too large to upload that I can provide via email if necessary.

October 21st 2023 I visited spa Sydell in ********** with my friend. I went in wearing my ****** dollar Rolex which was seen on surveillance. We arrived at approximately 12:15 pm. We go on and are assigned a locker and i locked away my valuables in the locker. We went to our first service which was a massage. We finished and went back in locker area to check phones and and when we tried to get into locker it wouldnt unlock. Somehow my massage therapist was able to get into me and my friends locker with a master code. We got into locker and this is before i realized my Rolex was missing. Next we went to our next service which was a facial. We get our service we go in locker area to change and then go pay. Right after i paid is when i realized my Rolex was missing out of my purse!!!! I then questioned everybody in there and they said they dont know where it is and they are sorry. They tried to discourage me from calling the cops but i still did. The cop arrives and owner arrives and they go over surveillance and say they dont know who did it because there isnt cameras in the changing areas. The owner was rude and was like why would you wear a 17k watch to a massage he also told me he couldnt search his employees bags because they are independent contractors. This is crazy! I have been victim of theft and I want my watch back or replaced.
