    My family and I visited this location on ********* to celebrate my daughters birthday. We ordered 3 tropical glazed salmon and received 3 dry and overcooked Salmon with no glaze. We ordered tacos 1 shrimp and 1 jerk chicken, they arrived sloppy and soggy with barely any filling on the inside. The vegan pasta was room temperature and the side of salmon ordered with it was dry and overcooked! We were extremely disappointed and felt like we were forced to eat the food due to the house rules that were visible on the table. We were forced to pay 18% gratuity for poor food quality, room temperature food, and misrepresentation of menu items. They ruined our birthday cake that we gave them to store for us until we were ready to sing happy birthday. My daughter did not bother to cut the cake at this point. She had an unhappy experience and we would never visit this restaurant again! The manager on staff gave a 7% discount for the 3 Salmon dishes that did not have glaze on it. Im frustrated with this resolution because the highlight of this dish is the glaze! No compensation for the other issues we were faced with. I would like a complete refund for the terrible experience! We chose this place to celebrate and they failed to deliver!

    Ive been working at Spice House Buckhead (**** *************************************************************************************) for over 4 months now and we have not been getting paid. I am a server and bartender and my employers will hold our wages for weeks and months at a time. Ive been late on bills on several different occasions because they will not pay me what they owe me. The owner **** (LJ) expressed that he will not pay us if we quit or get terminated which is not right. (I was wrongfully terminated on Nov 28) I have kids and a family to provide for can someone please help us. Currently they are 25 days behind and owe me over $1300. Please advise.

    I place an order for lamp chops, black rice and cabbage. I got there my door was pick up by Uber eats and I had to wait for another order. The Manager and host was very rude not showing any concern and walked off like I cant take this. The manager started I will take 20%off when you come back. How no one took my information. The way I treated no. The food was horrible, the black rice was brown and the cabbage taste like grass the *** chops was so dark. I have been tying to contact the owner no on has not respond to my suppose to be survey. The entire meal was so discussing. No apology no nothing. Attached is what my dinner and black rice look like. The picture of the black rice that is circe is what it suppose to look like and it dose not. Please look and compare the picture. In the dark it looks like black rice in the light it looks brown and was spicy.

    While we apologize for the inconvenience of the uber driver mistakenly taken your food, we attempt to make sure this doesn't happen to the go orders.
