    Purchase date 12/5/24 Order confirmation 12/5/24 Stated shipment date 12/13/24 Estimated delivery date - 12/18/24 Money paid $96.85 Order - football helmet containing family picture Item still in pre-shipment state. No movement has occurred. When contacted requesting clarification, the company emailed one reply with the response we will check it out I requested several more times for updates. No replies from the company. Contacted via ******** messenger; was told to wait for shipping to update in **************************************** 6 days. Was told again to wait and all communication was ceased by the company at that point. Tried to contact them via Instagram messenger with no reply. There is no customer service phone number. There is no way for me to get in contact with anyone at this point to request a refund, updates, a replacement. At this point I would prefer to not deal with this company and just would like a refund.

    We sincerely apologize for the delay and lack of communication. The order was placed on 12/5/24, shipped on 12/13/24, and *** shows it was delivered on 12/27/24likely delayed due to holiday volume. While the shipment was sent in a timely manner, we take full responsibility for the experience.
    To make things right, we're offering the customer the option of a full refund, free replacement, or store creditwhichever they prefer. We're also taking steps to improve customer service response times moving forward.


    We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this.
