    ************** FC season tickets department took funds from me in exchange for seats i chose. When my family went to use the seats they were unavailable and seats that were undesirable were given to us. The representative explained that my seats were given away on accident due to nonpayment. My account manager with the season ticket office had instructed me that I still had two months to pay for the rest of the balance. Out of $3000 only $360 remained with two months to pay that off. When I spoke with a senior executive he claimed my tickets were not accidentally given away but that I was in default of payment. The senior executive said they would call me but 3 weeks later I didn't receive a call. I saw an email from him but it was asking about my account and I'm done with the games and stall tactics. When they refunded my money they only gave a partial refund. They refuse to give me an itemized receipt and they state their system will not produce one. This has been a horrific customer experience and they simply do not care about their fans.
