    I used Oasis to provide a landscape services. We spent over $30,000 with this *** My experience was stressful to say the least. The owner *****, is dismissive and lacks integrity. We purchased 5 trees among a whole host of other planting, sod etc. We also had an upgrade done to our irrigation system, done by Oasis (I didnt include the cost here).. They have a Warranty stating if anything dies within a certain time frame, and you have an irrigation system, they will replace foliage.. Two of our green giants died within weeks of planting, along with several shrubs. Reached out to *** was passed around numerous times. Finally was directed to the owner. Sent photos, pleading for resolve only to be ignored and the *** not standing by warranty guarantee. This *** Lacks integrity and follow through. I called ******* landscaping, they replaced my trees with better quality than purchased from Oasis and the owner is a standup individual, wish Id found them first. Beware of Oasis.

    Lets see, they came out last August to install a very small amount of *********** for the backyard (see photo). As per the contract it states ANY SOD INSTALLED that is not covered by an in-ground sprinkler system cannot be covered under warranty, (which we have) with that said, we were concerned because when spring arrived the Zoysia stayed dormant. So for $1,876.00 we get no return call from anyone, to at minimum come out to see if the sod was a bad batch, winter kill, over water, etc. NOTHING! so I sent this email regarding a negative review and we received a call the next day from ******, who came out, looked at the sod and said to give it a few more weeks, now this was back in April. ****** left his business card and said to call him directly if the grass stays dormant . Now after calling ****** five times (I don't think he works there any more) I called and emailed the company to no avail. So at this point they have our $1,876.00 with no follow-up, what's that saying? take the money and RUN!!!So please do your research before selecting this company. This was a small job and to botch this is really unexceptable.
