    I am a single mom of a disabled child. I am having a bit of financial hardship due to hours being reduced from work. I have been in no shape form or fashion been assisted by the *** team. I have reached out several times via requestion on line as well as with an agent via phone and no one that can assist (Management requested), has contacted me. I have an urgent request for a modification and am being told that it will take up to 4 months. We have not received any support since 11/21/2024. This puts a strain on me , and unfortunately no one is able to tell me why or even go the extra mile to correct the issue since there clearly is one. I will be filing for Abandonment on the 31st day and hopefully they will have their job done by then to ensure no issues should the noncustodial father get incarcerated. The lack of communication, and the non chalant attitude towards my case and I'm sure there are others if unacceptable and someone needs to be help accountable.
