      I am rejecting this response because:

      I was not notified by email or mail of the closure of my account, can ********************** could provide proof of this? I do not believe so because I have diligently checked both. And yes, their system was not working so 4 payments were made, 3 were refunded. What I think is the issue here is 1- I was not notified of my account closure and 2 - I was not billed in a timely manner. They compiled bills from November to April and sent one large bill of over $400, which I feel is not legal. I should be refunded the payment of $224 for tolls, this is exorbent and unethical.

      Upon reviewing your account, we confirmed that the additional payments you made were refunded. These refunds are currently showing as "reversed" in our system. If you believe you did not receive the refunded amounts, please upload a copy of your credit card statement so we can further investigate and assist in resolving the matter promptly.

      Regarding your toll-exempt status, notifications regarding this change were sent to the email address and mailing address listed on your Peach Pass account. Our intention was to provide our customers with advance notice, which is why we started messaging so far in advance.

      The account must remain in good standing and the *** must be in a certified status to receive credit for usage on 85 express lanes only.

      On February 22, 2025 I was traveling through ******* on my way to *******. There was heavy construction and I was traveling on the highway that used to have traffic going the opposite direction. All the Highway signs were facing the opposite way. I am not sure if this is temporary for the construction or if this road will be permanently set like this. Either way, the highway is going through major construction. There was only one sign that said it was an express toll lane and it was not present until it was too late to change lanes as it was coned off. I remember specifically stating I better not get a charge for this since there was absolutely no way to change lanes when the sign appeared. Either way, I did have a Sun Pass which SRTA clearly states it accepts. I have had this Fun Pass mounted and working in my vehicle for over a year. In fact, it picked up every single toll that I went through in ******* that very same week so I know it was working properly. SRTA did not pick up my transponder and they mailed me a bill for $26.65. $1.65 for the actual toll and a $25 administrative charge. I am guessing with all the major construction going on in the area, they did not have their device that picks up the transponders set up correctly. Especially since it is a temporary road that has travelers driving the opposite direction that the highway normally goes. I called and disputed this with SRTA agent who stated that I needed to mail in my dispute complete with documentation that proves my transponder was active. This is ridiculous. They have a website where you can make payments but you are unable to upload disputes on this! This is setup just so someone would give in and just pay the charge because of the hassle it would take to mail in all the required documentation. I did everything correct. SRTA did everything wrong. Why do I have to jump through hoops to prove my innocence. Remove the charge please!

      Over the last several months, I have been getting charges for tolls on 85. I do not drive on 85 since I live in ********* and utilize the 575/75 toll. SRTA will not credit the toll charges, much less admit any mistake. The only response I continue to get is that "it is your car".
