      I have had a Medium size unit at this location since 2020. When i moved in, it was still the original Keepers Storage. 24 hour access and very helpful staff. When STORAGE POST took over the facility, they appeared to make "upgrades" to the space and then rolled back almost all of the customer features that made the price and location satisfactory. they reduced the accessibilty hours in HALF, allowing ONLY 8a - 8p access. They removed all the containers and receptacles for removal of belongings, as one does periodically does get rid of things or add things to the storage unit. They removed all the larger rolling baskets for easy movement of mulitple items when transferring or changing out items. They reduced access to a working bathroom.ALL THE WHILE RAISING THE PRICE AND REMOVING CUSTOMER SERVICE FEATURES The current representatives on site appear to be "nice" people but in fact behave more like robots, spouting protocols rather than delivering on basic human customer service. That just look or talk right past you as if you are not a human standing in front of them or on the phone - NO BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. PRICES GO UP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES DOWN. just two increases puts the customer in a higher rental bracket! it is NOT SUSTAINABLE if each year or, as of 2024, every 6 months there is a significant increase and LESS SERVICE, LESS ACCESS, FOR NO GOOD REASON.THIS MUST BE STOPPED. THERE SHOULD BE A PRICE CAP FOR LONG TERM RENTERS OF STORAGE UNITS.

      I have been with the storage facility for a couple of years. I just renewed. I was overcharged and refused a refund multiple times by employees and management.When I spoke the manager, she continued to blame me for not calling her back in time. When I looked at the date and time she called before we reconnected to speak today, I saw that she left no vm. At least not on my phone. She said if she got a hold of me 10 days ago, she would have been able to give me a refund, even though the amount I paid was processed a week prior.I dont think it is legal for a company to refuse to refund money they owe the customer and make up a lie about why it could not be refunded and then blame the customer. There is nothing related to this information in my signed contract either. Very problematic and I honestly think fraudulent business behavior and they should be investigated.

      I would leave zero stars for this location in *************, ** but couldn't. For the past 4 years, my husband has kept his $145,000 corvette in a storage unit at this location without incident. Under this new manager, my husband has been harassed about leaving his large pickup truck in the public parking lot when he picks up his corvette for a day or two. The pickup does not fit in the storage unit. Today when my husband went to get is corvette he was verbally attacked by this manager who also called the police. My husband did nothing but try to enjoy his car for the weekend. NOW the manager of this location has deleted my husband's gate code and is literally holding his car hostage. We are reporting the car stolen by this company if the gate code is not restored. The unit is paid until June 15th. This man is a disgrace to the Storage Post name and we will be seeking all legal avenues. DISGRACE!!!!

      New management is terrible! Renovations spill debris and dust INSIDE MY LOCKER, and they refuse to process claims in less than 4-6 weeks (while charging monthly and holding stuff hostage). The good reviews were for previous management. I'd avoid this place now.

      They have no ******************* when it comes to rate increases. They raise rates whenever & how frequently they need to and its multiple times within a year always. These kind of storage corporations and facilities should have some set rules that they can't raise rates for 5-7 years or so. This is ridiculous and something truly needs to be done to stop this from happening so frequently!!!

      This place is a joke. They raise the fee whenever they want to. I started at $123.00 now I'm paying $170.00. They raise the fee 2 days before your bill is due so if you leave you still owe money in order to get your belongings. Don't be fooled by the one month free. With all the money they charge you already earned it and don't know.

      Wow! Just read some reviews that are similar to what happened to me. ALL OF MY BELONGINGS WERE STOLEN. I also believe it's an inside job. Lost money and things that cannot be replaced. Priceless things. My lock was purchased in store. Followed protocol. Called police. Since, they didn't see anything visibly wrong with my lock, my claim was denied. I am irate. I trusted them. Didn't really want to use their services. Had no choice as I was going through a rough time. I asked the employee has this ever happened, she said no. However, the officers said that they were there all of the time for theft. Someone really needs to get to the bottom of what's really going on at the storage post location in *******. I wish there was an option for no stars.

      Today, 2/20/23, at approximately 4:40 pm, I went to the Storage Post ******************************************************************* to deliver unit ****, being attended by an employee named *****, who gave me I indicated that I had to make the payment of an additional day because the payment of said unit was due, which is not true since said payment is due today 2/20/23, for this reason I feel that said employee is stealing from me a payday!!!For this reason, I am attaching proof of expiration of unit ****. Thank you

      Be careful theft on premises .... LOCKER WAS BROKEN INTO TOOK ALMOST EVERYTHING.... I filed a police report they requested for cameras waiting to hear from branch manager. I feel Violated & Very Upset ...... ( Might be inside job Why my locker was broken into and no one else......

      This is a terrible storage business. If I could give them a -0 that would be the score. I called to ask if they would prorate my payment since I will be moving out on February 4, 2023, and I just called today February 2, 2023. I was told that since my payment was due on January 2, 2023, they couldn't prorate past 5 days. Then they charged me the $15 late fee on top of that and get this the first person I talked to was ***** who didn't tell me he was the manager, even when I asked to speak to one. Worst storage place ever.! Beware! of using them for storage!
