    My son ***** is in the 840AM Saturday Younger Leap Frog class. As of this summer ***** has consistently had different instructors and in the last 3-4 weeks, a new instructor each week. At his age consistency is what is needed. After his class on Sat., 9/16, I learned the the other three kids in his class are not only siblings but the oldest girl is too old to be in the class. I found this extremely upsetting for several reasons. First, it is not what I contracted and paid for. I did not pay for my kid to be in a class with a child who by age is more socially emotionally mature. Also, I can imagine how having that mixed age dynamic makes it not only difficult for my younger learner but the instructor as well. Second, if the family of three children wants private lessons such that all their kids are together that is understandable. The issue I have is the family not being made to set up and pay for a private ******* Rather, the family is allowed to have their oldest child in a class the child has aged out of (against corporate rules) and I find this to be detrimental to the experience of the younger learners, especially so for my son as the other three children are siblings. What I signed my son up for was to be in a class with a his peers and that is not what has been provided with his current class. I want my account with ******************** terminated effective immediately and given the circumstances I do not expect to have to give 30 days notice, and pay another month tuition.
