    On February 3, 2024, I received a tattoo removal consultation with Removery. After deciding on the unlimited package plan (per the representatives recommendation as the better value), I received my first laser removal session and was advised I would be able to schedule my second session in 8 weeks. My next appointment, which has been changed twice, is currently scheduled 14 weeks from my initial visit. Removery collected my payment without divulging their frequent issue with staffing and scheduling. Given the inconsistencies with scheduling and availability, Removery has failed to uphold their end of the agreement by providing said services. I contacted Removery seeking to resolve the issue and requested a refund for the unlimited session plan (less the single session). I asked to move to a paid per session plan at a rate of $187 as quoted during the consultation. Removery denied my request citing their agreement states no refunds. Removery swindles customers into an unlimited plan knowing they are unable to provide services in a timely fashion.The total refund requested is $1,112. The unlimited package price of $1299 less $187 for the single session received.

    I understand that youre not happy with the resolution as you had hoped for a refund. Buying the
    Complete Removal Package is definitely a better deal than paying for single sessions. It allows to
    have as many treatments as necessary at a discount rate. As we discussed on the phone, we treat
    at a minimum of 8 weeks apart. It can actually benefit you to have more time in between
    treatments to allow more time for body to process the ink from your last treatment. As you go
    through the process, we may suggest a long time in between for that reason.

    We remain committed to your removal process and do apologize for scheduling difficulties. Any
    issues concerning scheduling, have been resolved and we still have your next appointment on
    May 11th at 10:30am.

    We do stand by our Payment Agreement of no refunds. By signing the document, that indicates
    that you understand the terms and conditions associated with it.

    We would be happy to go over your treatment plan more in depth at your next appointment.

(within a FULL YEAR)I had gone to another company to remove a Different tattoo and its working very beautiful.B/c after a year of trying to get this removed and it's not working. I am seeking for FULL REFUND to the finance company. I tried to talk to people and people are not helping getting this is issue resolved. I was also never provided a break down of services that was purchase. Also was never inform of refund policy or treatment guarantee Please refund me in Full..

    I began using Removery for tattoo removal in early 2021. I paid roughly $2500 to have a thigh tattoo removed, and a small name removed that was underneath a larger tattoo on my back. I initially started at the Roswell location. A plan was put together and treatment began from that first day that I came in. After the third of fourth treatment, I was scheduled to go to the office in Decatur, this was the first time that someone had used what looked like a white crayon-like pencil to trace around my tattoo prior to the laser. When I asked what it was, it was explained to me that it was to protect my skin from the laser. I told the person that if it was protection, this was the first time I'd ever had this used, and I could already see that a halo was forming around the tattoo on my thigh. She advised that I should now spread out my appointments to assist with the halo fading. I did what she recommended and started coming in about every 3 months, initially it was maybe every month or six weeks. On the next appt the same woman was my provider. She was doing the treatment on my back when I noticed that she was removing the wrong tattoo. She apologized, but that damage was done. I waited maybe six months between visits and the next time I came there was a new staff totally. The provider actually refused treatment because my skin was that damaged, she didn't want to cause me anymore issues. I spoke with the manager, and she advised that she'd have someone reach out. This was November of 2023. It is now January 19, **** and I have yet to hear from this company regarding my is**** I have been more than patient with their ignorance, their lack of professionalism and their malpractice. I do not recommend that a company with poor quality standards and untrained personnel be allowed to do business, especially as it pertains to health-related issues. I'd like to put my issues on record, and plan to seek legal counsel to ****
