      I made the payment upfront and Alyssa ****** stopped responding and took over a month to deliver on services. She pretends she has a team, but it is just her. She ignored messages, while posting ads on social media. When confronted about her poor service she decided to insult clients. Clients pay for services that they do not know how to complete themselves. Instead of thanking them for their business she insults them for not knowing what she is being paid to do. She is a Class A Scam artist who is no longer in Ohio, but Macron, GA. Money was lost, but scam artist like her can not get away with doing this for long. You come across any of her ads, RUN!!!!!!!!!!! Do not send this devil any money

      I should have taken heed when trying to do work with her. I have been working with her for 2 months and have YET to receive my DUNS number and 2 Business Trade Lines Tier 1. Please do this on your own and do not go with her. She rarely replies now especially after she received payment it’s up in the air. Tax season is no reason to neglect your original clients and focus elsewhere. DO NOT GO WITH HER. Spare yourself the headache ~

      Over promises and under delivers constantly. Alyssa is by far the most unprofessional business owner I’ve ever dealt with. She preys on her clients ignorance. Once she receives payment she no longer shows any concern or sense of urgency with completing paid for tasks. All she has to offer are excuses and poor customer service! This business is not needed and should be shut down for good. Everything she offers you could do yourself and are better off doing so.
