    McAfee automatic renewal is very bad policy. This morning, I saw a $158.99 charge to my ****** account for ********************** automatic renewal. I never signed up for automatic renewal. Apparently my **** computer came with McAfee and it renews automatically. I cancelled McAfee and customer service was very good and issued a refund immediately. I will also be letting **** computer know of my displeasure.

    After a month of pop *** on my computer telling me that if I did not buy their service my computer would get infected I went ahead and paid their 30 something dollars to get them to stop then it happend again.I contacted them again and told them that I paid the ****** and to please stop.It stopped but yesterday my laptop got infected and called them and they said for $139 they could fix it.Liars thieves and just decieving crooks.I guess I will just carry it to my local computer shop and let them clean it and be sure to take their $hit out of my computer,also they advertise that the BBB gives them an A+ but the BBB says they did not.Well in order to get my reveiw on here I must give them a star,so I will give them one but they dont deserve it

    Be careful with this company. The annual subscription will be charged multiple times if not paying attention. When customer service was reached they denied charge!
