    I have paid this company for phone services through their gtl connect so my loved one could call me, they then changed their system to gtl getting out and was told I had to deposit money there to talk to my loved one. I contacted customer service about a refund of the gtl connect funding only to be told they couldn't help me with that. Now I've paid for this gtl getting out and its not doing what was promised either, I've not spoken to my loved one the first time since. I have spent hours talking to customer service to try and resolve the issues. They say it's fixed but I still can't communicate with my loved one. They're taking people's money and not providing any services for it and when you try to get help they provide little information or help. **************** rarely even takes the call, they'll put you on hold and offer to call you back at the next available operator but they don't do that even. People are paying money for nothing. They're robbing people not only of money and time but also they're taking relationships of loved ones away. Please help not only me but lots of other that are dealing with the frustrations of their actions. I don't want a refund I want to be able to talk to my loved one as they so claim to provide. They're the only phone company so I really hope they'll fix their issues or get out of the business and let a company that can do it do it.
