I am a US resident and NOT an international candidate. I purchased a CompTIA CySA+ voucher for about $329.95 at 930am and received confirmation number F1-1706279111 via email right away.According to their own website I should have also received my exam voucher code via email so that I CAN REGISTER for my exam. I did not receive my exam voucher code and their phone rep ************************ said my order was not ready and he would call me back when it was. He also stated the company policy is for IT Exam Vouchers to schedule the appointment, and that I COULD NOT schedule my own exam. I replied "That is NOT what it says on your website". I then called both CompTIA and ******* Vue and they both confirmed that I should receive a voucher code which I could use to schedule my own exam. On the IT Exam Voucher site they promote how fast they send the voucher via email. This is not true for me. It is now near the end of the day and after 5:00pm on Friday, and they have not provided the product/service that I purchased at 930am, and instead are delaying the issue. I can not rate this service as 5 stars. This is for a professional industry exam, and yet they are not professional enough to honor the information on their web. I have called several times and still the issue is unresolved. This is not how you do business. This is a process that is normally done in less than 15 minutes when a company is conducting business properly with all customers. Lastly, this is a time sensitive issue because the voucher expires 1/31/2024 and they have wasted one day already. There is nothing confusing about this process, just a bit of vindictiveness. The problem is you are taking payments and then NOT providing the services that you post on your own website. PS Please review their website content as well as the attachment. PS2 When I use ALL CAPS I am not yelling, I simply do not have all have bold or italic keys on the keyboard. Thank you for helping me to clear this up.
