On February 19,2024, we engaged ************************* of Grout Rescue, LLC to restore our marble floors.****** provided us with pictures of what the expected outcome should be. He discussed a 4 year warranty with us and scheduled a date to begin the work.As ****** performed the job, he indicated that he was going to have to "try something different" with the grout on our floors. I expressed concern about what if it didn't work. ****** responded "do not worry. You have the warranty."The work started in April and took 3 weeks for him to complete. We paid him in full. The floors looked good immediately after. However, within the first week we began to notice chips in the floor and most importantly the grout started coming out of the tile lines. We shared this with ****** and referenced the warranty. ****** asked for pictures of the needed repairs and I sent them to him. He explained that some of the issues are because his wife did some of the work, as if that's an excuse. If she works for his company, she should know how to do the work.Since then, ****** has been non responsive to our emails and phone calls. We have left multiple voicemails to no avail.
