      We were wrongfully booted tonight. This is enraging and this business should be shut down. We paid, they booted us anyhow, and now we have to go through a process to get our $75 dollars back. This company is corrupt.

      My car was validated by the local restaurant and I still received a boot. The area I was parked in didn't have any signage discouraging parking in the lot I occupied. There was no signage stated that that spot was only allocated for a charge station parking nor did it warn of any actions to be taken if parking was used for otherwise. That is throughout the entire parking deck and they booted my car and now aren't responding to calls or emails.

      MINUS ZERO STARS!! Upon arrival at the ********************** Parking Lot on **********. in Midtown *******, and during the evening hours where darkness has set it, I immediately paid $11 to park for 3 hours at the kiosk marked in VERY LARGE LETTERS - PAY HERE on Juniper, which I did, I entered my license plate, and PLACED THE $11 PAID TICKET in my car window as required. Returned after two hours only to have car booted because I PAID AT THE 'PAY HERE' KIOSK, instead of paying via the app which appeared on an UNLIT, SMALL-FONT, PARKING SIGN, NOT VISIBLE AT NIGHT, and there are NO SIGNS to show that the lots are not connected - NONE WHATSOEVER! The VERY-RUDE guy refused to remove the boot without a $75 charge! Here's what they do, they wait for unsuspecting patrons to pay at the Kiosk, and place their PAID ticket in window, and walk away, at which time they boot them. VERY PROFITABLE for THIS BOOTING COMPANY as I identified numerous cars booted who also had PAID FOR PARKING USING THE PAY HERE KIOSK (makes this an obvious ongoing problem), and therefore this is a SCAM, and is a NIGHTLY MONEY-MAKER FOR THIS BOOTING COMPANY!!! In addition to disputing the charge, filing a complaint with various agencies, contacting our city commissioner and local news, I plan to 'pay to park' there, only for the purpose of warning others, and decrease their nightly 'scamming' revenue'! You're welcome *******! I got you!

      ********, leeches of the community. How does your company benefit the community? I visited Cheba Hut. I utilized my free 1 hr parking. My parking expired at 2:29 and I got to my car at 2:33 and the boot and paper work was already on my vehicle stating 2:35p. Find some meaningful work. The karma associated with the disguised theft dont sit right with my soul. May your business plummet and all ppl who benefit from this bad practice be served with the justice due of stealing from the working ppl.

      I am only giving one star because no stars is not an option. Last week I parked briefly behind a church in downtown ******* while I ran across the street to determine the procedure at the ****************************** Bldg. **** I realized that the wait time would be long I went back across the street to move my car into another lot. The guy booting was there, and when I explained my situation he simply said it would be $75 to remove the boot. I was there for 10 min tops. These guys are scam artists. The company will not return my phone calls. Beware!
